1309 Refund & Exchange Policy
Thank you for choosing 1309 Studios! Whether you’re dealing with pre-made items or custom creations, here is everything you need to know about our refund and exchange policies:
Pre-Made Items
• Returns: You can return pre-made items within 7 calendar days from the day you received them. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include proof of purchase or a receipt.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Timing may vary based on your bank.
Custom-Made Items
• No Refunds: Since custom items are tailored to your specifications, all sales are final and are not subject to refunds nor exchanges.
• Alterations and Exchanges: Need adjustments? Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your product for free alterations.
• Defective Items: If there's an issue with your custom piece, contact us at +974 5019 4704 with photos and details. We'll work on a repair or replacement.
• Custom Orders: Accuracy is key! Please ensure measurements and design details are correct when placing your order.
Important Note:
• By placing a custom order, you agree to our no-refund policy.
• Estimated production time is 2 weeks upon availability of fabric. Pre Order products could take from 30-45 working days.
• The client is responsible for all the shipping costs related to returns and alterations.
• If a customer fails to accept delivery or pick up the order within 90 days of the shipping date, 1309 Studios will consider the Order abandoned and has the right to sell, dispose of, or use any such orders in any way it chooses and the deposit or full payment paid by the customer will not be subject to refund.
